Before Baby: Bay Area ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a California resident under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
We collect information you provide directly to us through our waitlist and booking request form, including your name, email address, phone number, city, county, and visit preferences. We also collect information about how you found us.
We use your information to respond to your booking request, confirm your visit date, send you pre-visit instructions and links, and communicate with you about your Before Baby visit. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
As a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information). We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Home video walkthroughs submitted before your visit are deleted after your visit is completed.
