By requesting a visit or submitting your information through our website, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Before Baby: Bay Area provides in-home infant safety visits including AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED certification, CPST-certified car seat installation, and home child proofing assessment. Our services are educational and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific safety outcomes.
Child proofing assessment
Our written hazard assessment identifies risks observed during your home video walkthrough and visit. It is a professional recommendation, not a guarantee that all hazards have been identified or that your home will be free from risk.
Deposit and cancellation
A $199 deposit is required to confirm your visit and is applied toward the cost of the visit. If you cancel your visit, the $199 deposit is forfeited. If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to find a new date within 90 days of the original visit; the deposit carries over to the rescheduled visit when we are able to accommodate.
Liability
Before Baby: Bay Area is professionally insured. We are not liable for damages arising from the use or misuse of information provided during our visits, or from hazards not identified during our assessment.
