The Before Baby Visit™
For expectant parents, ideally booked 4 to 8 weeks before the due date. Families at any stage of pregnancy, or with a child of any age, are welcome to book this visit.
Every visit ends with three things done
- Every adult in the room, up to six, leaves certified in infant and child CPR, choking response, AED use, and pediatric first aid (official AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED course completion card, valid two years), practiced hands-on, not just watched on a screen.
- Up to two car seats professionally installed and verified by a CPST-certified technician.
- A written, room-by-room plan identifying key hazards and recommended actions, reviewed with your family before we leave.

Welcome and plan walkthrough
Your practitioner arrives and gets a quick read on your family and home. We then walk through the plan together so you know exactly what is coming before the work begins.
- 20:15 – 1:00
Car seat installation
Up to two seats installed in your vehicle, with a walkthrough of harness fit, recline angle, and how to reinstall on your own.

AHA Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Certification
Your practitioner leads a hands-on certification session for every adult in the room, up to six. This is not a lecture: every adult practices the physical skills. Covers infant CPR, child CPR, infant choking response, child and toddler choking response, AED use, and pediatric first aid including burns, bleeding, allergic reactions, seizures, and poisoning. Every adult leaves with an official AHA course completion card valid for two years. Approximately 75 minutes for up to six adults.

Room by room through your home, walking through each recommended action so you understand the what, why, and how. From here, you can DIY or add our installation service.

Wrap-up and written summary
You receive a written summary of every hazard and recommended next step to keep and act on at any time.
Note: Each adult must finish the online course portion (3 to 5 hours, self-paced) before the visit. A link is sent in your booking confirmation.

Estimated visit time: 2.5 to 3 hours. Larger CPR groups or extra car seats may run slightly longer; you will be told in advance.
