Installation runs from the written plan we build for your home, so it is offered as a follow-on to a visit rather than on its own.

DIY, or hand it to us
Plenty of families do the install themselves with the plan in hand. If you would rather skip the hardware-store runs, just say the word after your visit.

Written quote, then schedule
You get the scope, materials list, and total in writing before anything is booked. Most installs land within 1 to 2 weeks of approval and finish in a single visit.

Walkthrough of every install
Before we leave, your practitioner shows you how each piece opens, closes, and resets, and hands over an updated written summary.
What we install
The hardware that matters, installed correctly.
We install straight from your plan, just what actually reduces risk in your home.
Furniture anchoring
Bookshelves, dressers, TVs, and anything that can tip or be climbed, anchored to wall studs with the right hardware for your wall type.
Hardware-mounted gates
Top-of-stairs and bottom-of-stairs gates installed into studs or banisters. Pressure-mount gates installed where appropriate.
Window and cord safety
Window stops, cordless blind retrofits, and blind-cord wind-ups to remove strangulation risk.
Cabinet and drawer locks
Magnetic and adhesive locks installed on kitchen, bathroom, and laundry storage that holds cleaning supplies, medications, or sharp tools.
Outlets, latches, and stops
Outlet covers, oven locks, fridge latches, toilet locks, and door pinch guards installed where they make sense for your home.
Custom requests
Anything else identified in your written plan. If we can source it and install it safely, we will quote it.
How it is priced
Time and materials, in writing.
- Labor billed by the hour. Most projects fall between 3 and 6 hours.
- Materials at cost, with the exact list of items shared in your quote.
- No charge to walk the scope or revise it before you approve.
Timeline
Quote in 48 hours. Install within two weeks.
- Quote returned within 48 hours of your visit.
- Install scheduled within 1 to 2 weeks of approval, schedule permitting.
